Rump Pot Roast Slow Cooker Version

What to prepare

  1. Rump Roast
  2. Carrots 
  3. Parsnips 
  4. Potatoes 
  5. 1 Liter Beef Stock

   Season rump roast with 

  • Salt
  • Pepper 
  • Onion Powder 
  • Thyme 
  • Oregano

How to Cook 

Place roast in slow cooker and add 1 liter of beef stock. 

Then add carrots, parsnips and potatoes and cook for 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
